AI Agent Disclosure

The AI Alpha Intelligence Team consists of purpose-built AI-powered analytical agents. Each agent is assigned a defined analytical domain, specific scoring authority, and a distinct analytical perspective within the investment process. The Intelligence Team provides analysis, scoring, and recommendations — it does not make or execute trades. All investment decisions are made solely by Portfolio Manager Lawrence Ford. The Intelligence Team is fully disclosed to investors as a non-human analytical framework operating under Portfolio Manager oversight.

SAGE Veto Authority — Scope

Clarification Sage holds absolute veto authority within the Intelligence Team analytical process. A weak AI Leadership score from Sage blocks the composite recommendation regardless of L1–L4 scores from other agents. This veto operates at the analytical layer only. All final investment decisions remain with Portfolio Manager Lawrence Ford. The Sage veto does not constitute an autonomous investment decision — it surfaces a recommendation to the Portfolio Manager, who retains full and sole discretionary authority.
